Napoj – Načrtovanje poučevanja algoritmov in programiranja ter organizacija skupnosti (eng. Planning the Teaching of Algorithms and Programming and Community Organisation)
is an active, nationwide Slovenian community and platform intended to connect all teachers who, through their work, contribute to the introduction of computer science and informatics (CS&I) content in Slovenia.
Its primary purpose is to facilitate the exchange of teaching materials, experiences, and best practices for introducing fundamental CS&I topics in primary and secondary schools, along with recommendations and guidelines for implementation.
Napoj originally began as a project (2016–…), selected through the Google CS4HS (Computer Science for High School) call for proposals.
The development of the Napoj community is led by the University of Ljubljana ( Faculty of Computer and Information Science), in cooperation with other partners, including the Ministry of Education.
